Hours
Friday evening, 7-9 pm  (Move In)
Saturday morning, 7 and 9 am (Move In)

You must have your entire booth unloaded by 9 am and set up by 9:30 am.
Remember, all staff assisting with move in, will not be required to present a ticket/vendor pass.  Everyone in by 9 am will not be charged admission.  Those arriving at the loading dock after 9 am will require an entrance ticket.   These can be purchased at the dock after 11 am or ordered in advance and mailed to your home.  Remember, for every booth you purchase, five vendor passes will be issued.

No parking or entrance fees will be charged Friday evening during exhibitor move in.

Exhibit Hall/Dock Location
Exhibitors should enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1.
Hall A located to the far north of the building (opposite from last year).  There are no side entrances available for loading and unloading.  All merchandise must be unloaded from the loading dock.   Complimentary hand trucks will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  If you grab a truck or a cart, remember to be courteous to your fellow exhibitors and unload promptly then return the cart ASAP.

Parking
Unlike like last year, exhibitor's will be charged a $5 parking fee by the Wisconsin Expo Center.  Exhibitor parking is located behind the exhibit hall loading dock and will be manned by a parking attendant beginning at 7:30 am.  Unfortunately this fee is non-negotiable by the Expo Center.  There is plenty of complimentary parking outside of the State Fair grounds on 84th street and beyond.   Exhibitors should enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1.

Exhibit Hall Entrances
Once again, there will be two entrances to the show hall.  The North entrance and the West entrance.    Last year, both entrances were used to access the hall.  Equal numbers of crowds were observed at both entrances.

Bringing Companion Animals to the Show
There will be just one way for our exhibitor pets to exit the building for relief.  This area will be marked and is located just outside the exhibitor move in/out area next to the trailor.   Please instruct your volunteers arriving at various shifts throughout the day that companion animals can only be brought in through the dock doors.   No companion animals will be allowed in the front halls where consumers are purchasing tickets.  A pass is not required for your companion animal and we encourage you to pump up your display by bringing your adoptable animals or an exhibit model pet.  Please use discretion when deciding what animal to bring.  Aggression of any type will not be tolerated.

Important Updates!!!

  • Wisconsin Expo will charge all vendors for parking this year.

  • All volunteers arriving at the show for shifts after 9 am, will be required to present a ticket for admission.  This includes those coming through the loading dock.
