Hours
Friday evening, 6-8 pm  (Move In)
Saturday morning, 7-9 am (Move In)
With the exception of booths 903-913, early tear down is not permitted.   If you tear down early, you won't be invited to next year's show.   Please be courteous to those who choose to attend later.

You must have your entire booth unloaded by 9 am and set up by 9:30 am.
Remember, all staff assisting with move in, will not be required to present a ticket/vendor pass.  Everyone in by 9:30 am will not be charged admission, however, if you leave the show to relieve your dog or another purpose, a wristtband will be required for re-entry.  Entry tickets, wristbands can be purchased at the loading dock doors.   Please ask your staff to be courteous to our door guards.  Remember, this is a charitable event and we depend on income from ticket sales (wristbands)..

No parking or entrance fees will be charged Friday evening during exhibitor move in.


Exhibit Hall/Dock Location
Exhibitors should enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1.
Hall B and C are located to the far sorth of the building.  There are no side entrances available for loading and unloading.  Complimentary hand trucks will be available on a first come, first serve basis.  Remember to be courteous to fellow exhibitors and unload promptly and return the cart to the loading dock.



Parking
Exhibitor's will be charged a $5 parking fee by the Wisconsin Expo Center.  Exhibitor parking is located behind the exhibit hall loading dock and will be manned by a parking attendant beginning at 8:30 am.  Unfortunately this fee is non-negotiable by the Expo Center.  There is plenty of complimentary parking outside of the State Fair grounds on 84th street and beyond.   Exhibitors should enter the Wisconsin Expo Grounds using GATE 1.


Exhibit Hall Entrances
Once again, there will be one entrance to the show hall located on the west end of the hall.
All exhibitor animals must enter through the dock doors and must have a companion animal
pass.   One pass can be used for multiple animals.


Bringing Companion Animals to the Show
A companion animal pass must be presented for all vendor animals entering the show.  Print the pass here.  Two relief areas will be provided and marked. They are located just outside the exhibitor move in/out area.   Please instruct volunteers/staff arriving throughout the day that companion  animals may only be brought in through the dock doors.   No companion animals will be allowed in the front halls where consumers are purchasing tickets.  Please use discretion when deciding what animal to bring.  Aggression of any type will not be tolerated.  We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to remove their animal.

No ex-pens unless they can fit comfortably within your booth.  An ex-pen can be best accomodated with a double booth.   No puppies less than 8 weeks (12 weeks strongly encourage) old.   No females in heat. 

Food and Beverage Sales not Permitted by Wisconsin Expo Center.   Candy bars or other snack foods can not sold on site.

Electricity should be ordered directly through the Wisconsin Exposition Center.   Extra tables can be ordered on site during move in hours directly through the exhibitor hall design and set up team.

Important Notes!!!

  • Wisconsin Expo will charge all vendors for parking.  Park in the exhibitor lot visible upon entrance at Gate 1.   Vendors arriving after the show has opened may choose to park in the attendee parking lot provided THEY ARE NOT ENTERING WITH A COMPANION ANIMAL.

  • All volunteers arriving at the show for shifts after 9 am, will be required to present a ticket for admission.  This includes those coming through the loading dock.  Admission tickets/bands can be purchased at the loading dock area for $5.

  • Companion animals arriving with volunteers must enter through the loading dock.  No animals permitted though any other entrance,  Vendor passes will be available for purchase at that entrance.


  • Volunteers who arrive at any exit without a ticket must pay the entrance fee.  No exceptions to this rule.
