To become a vendor at the 2012 Great Lakes Pet Expo, review the Important Form Instructions below and complete the online Pet Expo Vendor Form below. The Great Lakes Pet Expo is a wonderful opportunity to reach thousands at one event!

Complete the Pet Expo Vendor Form online. Print and mail or just click submit. A confirmation e-mail will be sent within 2 weeks. Pay online using Pay Pal (instructions below) or mail a check. Booth spaces will be assigned only after payment is received.

The sponsors of the Great Lakes Pet Expo reserve the right to reassign booth space based on show needs. We further reserve the right to refuse applications.

Premium Space

Corner Booths. Corner booth fee can be waived upon successful recruitment and payment from a new vendor.

Electricity must be purchased directly through the Wisconsin Exposition Center. Cost and details available through Wisconsin Expo Center.

Additional tables. Available for $25. Each table will be covered and skirted.

Booth Choices (indicate first, second, and third choice) or other notes: As of 9 January 2012, booths will be assigned by show managment. You may list your preference, however, no guarantees. We reserve the right to re-assign all booths based on the current needs of the show.
